UNIVERSAL-Rohrleitungsbau GmbH has been synonymous for top quality, safety and reliability in industrial plant and pipeline construction for nearly 50 years.
Following its beginnings in the 1930ies our company has made a name for itself since 1962 through the best possible combination of professional competence and personal commitment to the wishes and goals of our customers.
A key leitmotif of our corporate philosophy is an integrated processing by our project managers from the preparation of quotations, planning through to the handover of turnkey solutions. The cooperation with our customers is based on a partnership that concentrates on joint concepts and solutions, helping us achieve the declared goal of a successful course and conclusion of the project from both a technological and economic point of view.
Key segments
Key segments since 1962 have been the planning and construction of steam and hot water boiler systems, industrial pipeline systems and process engineering systems. The "Reference systems overview" gives you an initial impression of the strength and versatility of our company.
Contrary to the common trend of reducing costs by streamlining process sequences, standardisation and a reduction of the product and service portfolio - often at the cost of the quality of services for the customer - our company also serves niche segments such as the installation, repair and maintenance of annealing bell and roller hearth furnace systems.
Our range of services is rounded off by special tasks such as the planning and production of mobile heat plants and process engineering systems in a so-called "skid" (modular) and container design in our own factory as well as the modernisation of old systems to improve their efficiency and adapt them to altered statutory regulations with respect to climate and emission protection.
International
Our company has always looked further afield, not just to other regions throughout Germany but beyond its borders too (Russia, Kazakhstan. Romania, North Africa ...) where we also provide "turnkey" services incl. on-the-spot installation, commissioning and servicing - a challenge that only few medium-sized enterprises accept.
Our company employs on average 35-40 full-time staff so that all of the demanding tasks in boiler system and process engineering plant construction in particular can be carried out exclusively with our own project engineers and specialists.
It goes without saying that we have the necessary approvals, tests and certifications to satisfy the high safety and quality demands of our customers in almost all material (including high-alloy, high-temperature steels), pressure and temperature ranges.
We regard the tasks set by our customers as a challenge, irrespective of their scope and difficulty, which is accepted by our employees with great personal dedication and a high professional competence.
